Your Responsibilities
We are now looking for an engaged and system-oriented payroll specialist who wants to become part of our unpretentious team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute your knowledge of payroll while also driving the development and use of our new payroll system, Visma HR+ 8. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring that payroll processing is carried out correctly and on time while providing professional service and support to the organization and employees regarding payroll-related questions. Today, the group delivers about 3,500 payslips per month. In addition to internal payroll processing, you and your colleagues will handle payroll processing for our payroll clients, which places high demands on both competence and service.
You will work proactively on improvements and efficiencies in payroll and administrative processes and actively participate in the development of our new structure where your ideas and solutions are valuable. This will be with a particular emphasis on systems and system management. The role involves close collaboration with other team members and other functions within the organization. Your Profile
To thrive in this role, you have a genuine interest in systems and efficiency, and you see opportunities and advantages in smart system usage. It is an advantage if you have been responsible for system management and/or the development of automating parts of the payroll process. Furthermore, we believe you have a relevant educational background and several years of experience in payroll and payroll processes.
We are looking for someone who is analytical and makes decisions based on data. You thrive in an environment with clear routines and are considered a meticulous person with integrity and good judgment. You have experience with collective agreements or are motivated to learn. We know that agreements can be interpreted in different ways, and together we help each other find the right answers. You are brave and confident in your role and can stand firm in your decisions when necessary. At the same time, you are solution-oriented and see opportunities in change.
